  • New Era Epoxy Flooring Return Policy

    What is our refund policy and procedure for returning items?

    At New Era Epoxy Flooring, you can return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. For items returned a?er 15 days, we offer store credit or an equal exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items a?er 60 days from the purchase date. AddiEonally, returns are not accepted for chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments, or dyes.

    To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Any included accessories must be returned with the item to qualify for a full refund. Items showing clear signs of misuse will not be credited. Modified or used new products cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee may apply for new equipment returns if approved by New Era Epoxy Flooring. We do not accept returns on used equipment purchases.

    Items must be returned in the same condiEon in which they were received. Returns that are not in like condiEon will not be accepted or returned. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

    Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    If a return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defecEve item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

    Return credits are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used during the original purchase.

    You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of submiUng your return package to the shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This Emeframe includes the transit Eme for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the Eme it takes for us to process your return once it arrives (3 to 5 business days), and the Eme it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    At New Era Epoxy Flooring, we take pride in our ability to ship to virtually any global des;na;on. However, please be aware that certain products may be subject to shipping restric;ons, and some may not be eligible for international delivery.

    Upon placing an order, we will provide you with es;mated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping op;ons you select. Shipping date es;mates may be available on the shipping quotes page, depending on your chosen provider. We are more than happy to collaborate with you to secure compe;;ve shipping rates through freight services ā€“ simply reach out to us.

    Essential Shipping Guidelines

    Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

    Shipping costs are determined by package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping duration. We can offer you a shipping charge estimate upon request, though additional fuel fees may apply. Keep in mind that these es;mates are subject to change once an order is placed.

    We provide next-day and second-day pre-paid freight op;ons. If you have a preferred shipping method, you can supply us with your account details, and we will happily ship on a collect basis. Please note that next-day deliveries may not be available for certain addresses, including residen;al, rural, and some suburban loca;ons. Consult our customer service team if you require next-day delivery.

    Saturday deliveries outside the U.S. are not guaranteed.

    To be honored, all claims for shipment shortages must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

    Orders placed aQer 2 pm will not be shipped un;l the following business day.

    Please be aware that shipping to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico may require different shipping methods.

    International Shipping Information

    All international shipments must clear customs in the des;na;on country and will be accompanied by the necessary documenta;on.

    We are not liable for any du;es or taxes imposed upon delivery.

    We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by Customs Services.

    When can I expect to receive my order?

    Online orders are typically shipped via GROUND. If you require your order sooner, please call (832) 253-3211 to arrange expedited shipping.

    My order arrived, but the package(s) were damaged.

    If your order has sustained damage during transit, please take photographs of the affected items and contact us via email or phone our technical support team at (832) 253-3211. We will address the issue as promptly as possible.
